We work very hard to provide the best service possible, for you, at VAMT. In respect for this effort, the following policies have been put in place. Below, you will find an abbreviated version of these policies. You may find the full version in our New Patient paperwork, page 5.

Payment

Payment is due, in-full, at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of a 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency or inclement weather. Cancellations without 24 hour notice and “no-shows” will result in a charge of 50% of the service price for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. You will be required to pay this charge before you are allowed to schedule your next service.

After two appointments cancelled within a 24-hour time period or two no-shows, you will be required to pre-pay for all services at VAMT. This also applies to Motor Vehicle or Workman’s Comp patients.

Late Arrival Policy

As a courtesy to our others guests and staff, if arriving late, your 60 or 90 minute massage appointment will be shortened according to your late arrival time; you will be required to pay full price for the scheduled 60 or 90 min appointment. 30 min massages will automatically be cancelled after 15 min after scheduled start time and be charged full price. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists time, the clinic and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.
